Introduction

My client, a financial institution and globally recognised online trading broker, is seeking dedicated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join their Operations and Customer Service team on a temporary basis.


Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints and resolve them effectively.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members to support daily operations.
  • Support client onboarding processes, including eKYC checks.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements

  • Matric certificate.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience performing eKYC checks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and results-driven approach.
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Customer service experience in the finance industry is an advantage.
  • Available immediately for a temporary assignment.
Salary R8000 CTC per month
